Immigration Services for International Students

Students VISA, Limited Stay Permit (ITAS), and Study Permit (IB) Application Procedure for International Students through LKUI UMSIDA:

1. International students must first register and be accepted at UMSIDA.
2. The Faculty at UMSIDA will provide a Letter of Acceptance (LOA).
3. Students are required to fill out the form via the following link: https://forms.gle/w6FFgNuXCqQHGwsP9 or directly click on Visa & Limited Stay Permit Forms below this information.
4. Students must prepare the following documents for further processing by LKUI:
   A. Passport
   that is still valid for at least 6 (six) months (for holders of travel documents other than passports, such as emergency passports, identity documents, etc., must still be valid for 12 months).
   (Make sure the photos are sharp, in focus, and not ghosted)
   (Make sure the photo is not covered, cropped or folded and not blurry)
   (Make sure the passport photo is in landscape form)
   B. Personal bank statement
   with a minimum amount of USD $2000 or equivalent to the last 3 months’ account balance (including name, period date, and account balance).
   C. Recent color photograph
   Photos format:
   File format using *.JPEG/ .JPG/ .PNG in color.
   Min. 400x600px. Max. size 2Mb
   Proper composition.
   D. Proof of Guarantee
   E. Proof of Registration or Certificate
   as a participant in benchmarking activities, short courses, or short training programs from government agencies or private institutions.
5. After the documents are complete, students send all the documents to LKUI UMSIDA according to the specified date.
6. LKUI will process VISA applications for students and submit applications for Limited Stay Permits (ITAS).
7. The visa will be processed 7 (seven) days after payment has been made, and you will be contacted by the LKUI team.
